Why the same statistic can differ between Explorers. These are separate DfE publications with different populations, age definitions, time periods and methods. A percentage from one should not be compared with a percentage from another without checking what each one measures. Every Explorer states its scope on each chart, and the Pathways & Participation explainers set out the most commonly confused measures.
